Sylvia Kratins has appeared with Off Broadway West in “The Homecoming” and “How the Other Half Loves.” She has been acting since she was a child, worked as a stage manager, company manager and producer in a wide range of theatrical environments. Sylvia has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mills College, a Certificate in Acting from the Drama Studio, London, and has studied acting with Jean Shelton in San Francisco and Walt Whitcover in New York City. Sylvia has appeared in numerous plays and films. In the Bay Area. She has worked with The Hapgood Theatre Company, TheatreWorks, Pear Avenue Theatre, and TheatreQ, among others. She sings with the San Francisco based women’s chorus, Conspiracy of Venus. Sylvia is presently appearing in the world premiere of Aaron Henne’s A Man’s Home . . . at Central Works in Berkeley.
